These wipes are perfect for busy people. Sometimes all you’ve got is an hour to train and eat but no time to shower. These help you buy time. They stay cool and refreshing in the pack. I like how they’re unscented. They’re the perfect size for wiping off sweat from your face, neck and body. I don’t have to worry about sweat staying on my face and causing spots if I’m on the go.
I wash my hair twice per day - once post workout and then once pre bed as it helps with sleep. Before discovering GYMSKIN’s shampoo and conditioner I was using generic products from the supermarket which left me with dandruff and irritation.
