Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over 200 AED within Dubai. Orders below 200 AED have standard shipping rates applied at checkout.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 11 AM (UAE time) ship the same day and arrive next-day within Dubai. Orders placed after 11 AM ship the next business day. Outside Dubai, expect 1-3 business days across the rest of the UAE.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Right now we ship within the UAE only. Follow us on Instagram for updates if that changes.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, email info@gymskinproducts.com and we'll sort out a full refund — no questions asked.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at info@gymskinproducts.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
I received the wrong or a damaged item — what do I do?
Email info@gymskinproducts.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll get it fixed right away.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not currently — every order on gymskinproducts.com is a one-time purchase.
Products
Are GYMSKIN products suitable for all skin types?
Yes — our formulas are alcohol-free, pH-balanced and dermatologist tested, developed in collaboration with Dr Subin, Board Certified Dermatologist.
What's the difference between the skin range and the hair range?
Post Workout Wipes, Post Workout Body Wash, Reset Daily Scrub and Night Restore are built for skin. Performance Shampoo and Performance Conditioner are built for hair, specifically to fight hard-water mineral buildup from frequent washing.
Where can I see the full ingredient list for a product?
Every product page has a full ingredient list under the "Full Ingredient List" tab, alongside the key active ingredients shown higher up the page.
Which scent should I choose?
Onyx is a warmer, woody scent; Marble is lighter and fresher. Full scent notes are listed on each product page.
Do the bundles let me pick a different scent for each product?
Each bundle ships in one scent (Onyx or Marble) across every product inside it. If you'd like to mix scents, shop the products individually.
