I wash my hair twice per day - once post workout and then once pre bed as it helps with sleep. It’s a great product, smells great, lathers up well. Would be nict to be able to buy refills in a larger quantity but in refill pouches, instead of the pump bottle dispenser. Could be cheaper and more environmentally friendly
